Role Info:
The Program Manager will be instrumental in driving the Partnership Operations Team's mission to ensure reliable and optimized payment processing operations across global partners, enabling seamless transactions within the client’s ecosystem. This role involves strategic oversight and hands-on management of non-IT projects, focusing on payment systems, commerce platforms, and risk management.
 
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Passionate about advancements in payment technologies and systems.
Demonstrated ability to influence change and drive project management initiatives within large organizations.
Extensive experience in managing end-to-end projects or programs, particularly in non-IT fields related to financial systems and operational efficiencies.
 
Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Activities:
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to align project goals and ensure seamless integration of new systems and processes.
  • Monitor project progress, adjusting strategies and resources as needed to meet deadlines and performance metrics.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and feedback, and fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain standard internal project and process documentation.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions to support our global partners, enhancing the efficiency and productivity of our operations.
  • Investigate and provide timely and accurate responses to reported escalations across multiple channels.
  • Drive continuous improvements in efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
 
Must haves
  • Experience in Ambiguous Environments: Proven track record of successfully driving projects from ideation to launch in ambiguous and dynamic settings.
  • Expertise in Payment Processing Systems: Deep knowledge of core payment processing, commerce platforms, and risk systems.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong ability to assess, analyze, and resolve complex issues, distilling complexity into clear and actionable solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Experience with optimization, incidents and issues
  • Experience with Google suites (docs, slides)
  • Ability to develop rapport with internal and external teams and maintain strong working relationships
  • Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple varying priorities that vary from day to day
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders and resolve conflicts with limited need to escalate to next level leadership
