Job Title : Program Manager III
Location :  ATX - Austin is preferred - open to NY or remote
Duration : 12 Months 

Summary:
Do you want to help scale best practices to enable all businesses to be successful on Client's platforms?  By helping businesses make better marketing decisions in their advertisements will allow them to acquire more awareness, customers, and sales in a more efficient manner.  The Client's Business Partners for Agencies is a platform that allows Client's agency partners to reach more businesses globally to provide best practices to everyone.  As the ideal candidate, you are experienced in handling a wide range of projects, logistical and support related tasks and must be able to work independently with little or no supervision. You must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, and enjoy solving logistical and operational challenges for a globally-run program. You are able to interact confidently with staff—at all levels—in fast paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient—with a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and laser focus on customer service. You possess expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability, and acute attention to accuracy and detail in all aspects of responsibilities. You have an expert working knowledge of the Microsoft suite and Google suite of programs and have a knack for learning software and processes quickly.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage project tasks that support program management including calendaring, room booking, vendor management, content consolidation, and global communication
  • Build cross-functional relationships between departments and with external vendors
  • Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
  • Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
  • Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
  • Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
  • Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
  • Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
  • Direct, review and approve product designs and changes.
  • Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.

Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Experience working through ambiguity and uncertainty
• Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Strong knowledge of computer software, such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and project management software, such as Asana.

Education/Experience:
• 3+ years experience in project management coordination
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• Event and educational workshop management experience preferred.

  • Very strong communicator - global, so will be talking with many different people
  • Collaboration - working with many different teams in a matrixed organization
  • Organization/structure - making sure they can provide structure and timelines to process
