Job Description

Job Title: Program Manager II/Investment Operations PM II
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Austin, TX (Fully remote is OK but they must be local to Austin, and if needed, have ability to come on-site)


The Program Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end aspects of Commercial Investment programs and deals. They are responsible for detailed and thorough process/policy documentation and execution; Partner Management communications and guidance; fulfillment and operational execution within contractual deadlines and prerequisites; budget reporting and management; compliance and Salesforce administration.

Process/Policy Documentation
• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• End-to-End Investment Program Management & Reporting
• Partner and Internal XFN Communication & Guidance
• Operationalization of Investment Programs
• Budget Reporting and Management
• Compliance Management

Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
• Previous experience on a "Deal Desk" or Contract Administration role
• Salesforce experience
