Job Description:
  • Our team enables  customers to shop groceries on company and get them delivered from their favorite grocers in 2 hours or less. In this role, you will innovate on behalf of customers and our partners, bring new selection online, and change the way people buy food. Our ultra-fast grocery service is seeking a talented Program Manager to play a critical role to our Grocery Partners selection offering and performance. This is an exciting opportunity to take on ownership on a fast growing team and work largely autonomously in an entrepreneurial environment. In this role, you will accelerate the growth of the Company Grocery Partnership business focusing on optimizing business inputs to improve the experience of Grocery Partners Customers on Company.

Typical Day in the Role:
  • The main responsibilities are within: Selection, Catalogue, Offshore Planning, and Sprint Schedule Management.
  • The ideal candidate will be passionate about the customer with an entrepreneurial spirit, being able to work on complex projects while working with multiple stakeholders.
  • We are looking for somebody with proven analytical skills, able to roll up their sleeves into the day to day, but also switch gears quickly to readapt priorities and capacity to deal with uncertainty.
  • The successful candidate will be able to execute while also spotting opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • You will be part of a high-functioning, fast-moving team responsible for delivering on strategic goals with direct customer impact.
