Summary:
The Senior Manager of AMI Enhanced Educational Programs is responsible for leading the strategy, design, development, implementation, and execution of enhanced learning programs. Reporting into the AMI Programs & Performance team, this position reports to the Associate Director of Educational Programs. This role works closely with every team within the Programs & Performance team as well as other cross functional AMI teams, brands teams, and field sales teams on planning, developing, implementing, and executing each initiative.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a multi-faceted high-paced matrix environment, strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills. They will also possess the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, be solution oriented and work well under pressure, and be a self-starter and able to accomplish objectives and tasks on time and within budget.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Program Management (50%):
Program Strategy and Design: The Sr. Manager will work closely with the Associate Director / Director to identify program opportunities, strategize, and design key enhanced programs to complement the AMI Programs educational journey. This requires continuous insights gathering through customer and field teams ad boards and focus groups.
Content Development and Optimization: The Sr. Manager will work cross functionally with the curricula team to outline program needs and support content development for identified programs, resources, and tools. This role will also support the development of all promotional activities including customer assets, sales force assets, digital assets, online registration site, meeting apps and more. This role will also assess user activity and make recommendations to optimize content and experience and share learnings with the Curricula team for continuous content and resource improvement.

Program Operations and Execution: The Sr. Manager will lead enhanced skills programs’ operational efforts working with the AMI Programs Operations & Facilitation team as well as all appropriate internal teams and external vendors. In this role, you will support the execution and success of all enhanced programs in collaboration with agency partners and production.
Program Optimization: The Sr. Manager is responsible for working with the Program Excellence Lead to identify and measure key performance indicators of AMI enhanced programs and resources. Assess user activity and make recommendations to optimize content and experience. Share learnings with the Curricula team for continuous content and resource improvement. Sr. Manager will lead the integration of components, collateral, and experiences, including agency management, and coordination with sales teams and production teams.
Program Reports and Analytics: Sr. Manager is responsible for supporting the Program Excellence Lead in collaborating with sales analytics, sales teams, and various analytics vendors to outline measurable goals for enhanced educational programs. Sr. Manager will also collaborate with the Program Excellence Lead on analyses, reporting of relevant metrics and use to improve, scale programs as required.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Communication (40%):
Cross-Functional Collaboration: The Sr. Manager will partner with all AMI cross-functional partners, internal sales/brand stakeholders and agency partners, to best support the development of enhanced programs while creating customer experiences and identifying efficiencies.
Brand Team Engagement: This role will work directly with the brand team to align on key messages and field sales teams supporting all field communications, rollout program/event activities, customer recruitment protocols and equip them with the resources they need to effectively identify the right customers.
Field Team Engagement and Communications: Develop regular brand communications and updates for field sales, including coordination of all approved material prior to sending. Ensure that the appropriate sales portal is up to date and information is easily accessed and accurate. Coordinate with the AMI teams and agency to ensure internal portal reflects key resources and ensure that expired resources are removed promptly. Respond to field requests and questions in a timely fashion.
MLR Management: Support Curricula team’s MLRC submission/management through high collaboration and ensuring program needs & guidance is accurately reflected in program content. Evaluate re-approval needs when needed and coordinate with curricula team and/or agencies to ensure re-approvals requests are raised prior to expiration.

Technology & Competitive Monitoring (10%):
Technology and Competitive Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate training trends and technologies for integration in programs/resources; be well versed in relevant market research reports and technology trends. Collaborate with Market Research team. Identify trends, barriers, and opportunities for enhanced educational training.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years related experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Aesthetics or Medical Device in the sector of Marketing and Sales. A combination of Marketing and Sales experience is ideal.
• Experience with facial injectable is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability of strategic thinking.
• Self-starter and strong problem-solving skills.

• Strong commitment to be accountable and responsible.
• Ability to manage budget.
