Job Summary: Project level:
Responsible management/execution of project(s)/ programs assigned
Manage scope, issues, risks, and critical path activities thru a partnership multiple workgroups
Establish governance and actively engage key stakeholders
Create and manage integrated project schedule, budget, constraints, and dependencies
Ensure deliverables, milestones, and benefits are met
Work with business to help drive adoption thru process and procedures for DT related projects
Proactively manage key project activities, resource requirements, and projects interdependencies
Report the performance of projects/programs to the project team, stakeholders, and leadership
Ability to adapt/tailor presentation to the audience
Perform other tasks as assigned
At the DT Development level:
Manage overall portfolio by ensure the prioritization of projects, program and portfolio
Properly management the allocation of resources
Support Development Team and director as assigned
Qualifications
8+ years experience of project management (with 6+ years managing DT projects via Agile project management)
Experience and knowledge in data analytics initiatives such as Data Warehouse, Data Hub, Data Governance, Analytics, and Predictive Analytics.
Led cross-functional complex projects/programs greater than $2M+
Highly organized, strong management skills, and ability to multi-task competing priorities
Excellent active listening skills and self-awareness
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Flexible and adaptable, able to work in ambiguous situations
Ability to conform to shifting demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Word
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Familiarity with Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management)
Aviation industry experience
Finance background
