Job Description

Job Title: Program Coordinator V
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Remote

We are looking for a Program Manager to partner with cross-functional teams in development, execution and optimization of global program strategies that result in high impact advertiser experiences. Sitting on a central team, the role is responsible for accelerating execution of new projects and maximizing ongoing performance of existing programs. This work is in close partnership with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, Marketing Science, Sales Enablement, Programs, Business Engineering, and Business Planning and Operations. Key success factors in this role include strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills across different levels of the organization, familiarity with technical scoping, proficiency in data analytics, dexterity in project management tools and processes, and the ability to quickly understand, organize and simplify complexity under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:

Drive program management execution for multiple strategic areas – includes kickstarting 0 to 1

efforts, accelerating execution of new launches, and improving quality and outcomes for ongoing pilots through performance diagnosis.
Project manage solutions design, development, and socialization activations (including stakeholder roadshows, and Q&A sessions).
Identify performance gaps of ongoing pilots, support troubleshooting and facilitate discussion and coordination among stakeholders to identify and understand root cause, priority, and impact of issues to the business and stakeholders. Prepare routine communication materials on project development status, insights, and trends to help inform and guide improvements to cohort strategy workflows. Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the project.
Ensure all project related documents are organized and up to date. Assists in preparing progress and planning documentation when necessary

Skills:
-8+ years of experience in program management, demonstrated experience using problem solving to provide sound business solutions and recommendations in ambiguous and complex environments
-Analytical mindset, comfortable manipulating data and identifying performance trends across a variety of data visualization tools and packaging narrative into decks
-Proven interpersonal and communication skills (across a variety of mediums) in interacting with and influencing multiple cross-functional stakeholders and senior management.
-Experience communicating change management to XFNs and stakeholders
-Experience operating under high pressure, while prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
-Familiarity with project management tools, ideally utilizing Asana, or a similar project or task-based system used to drive business decisions and strategy
-Project management experience required, with a demonstrated track record of delivering business value
