Responsibilities: Performs various operational tasks as part of an empowered team: (30% - Clean Room Mgt/Materials) Set-up & breakdown of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) space/equipment, accurately & efficiently moves process materials (up to 50lbs) in accordance w/ procedure. Works in compliance w/ procedures, doc.'s, gov. regulations, safety pgrms (appropriate SOP's), follow lean mfg principles & current mfg practices (cGMPs). Manage inv. & tasks for aseptic growth. Equipment prep & movement. (60% - Operations Support) perates/monitors equipment (incl. but not limited to ; RCCS, shell freezers, Wheaton Carts, Tube Welders) as deemed by skill level to set QC status & expiry of sterile equipment, provides materials & support/maintain equipment, systems knowledge (SAP, MES, Kanbans, PLC), sample dlvry. Labeling & Inventory mgt of clean/sterile equipment, tsfr of samples .(10% - Info Tsfr) Saftey training/compliance events.
Qualifications: MUST BE ABLE TO PASS SAM SCREENING Cycle is 2,2,3 (44 hours, 36 hours, 40 hours); 2 days on 2 days off, 2 days in 3 days off. Please note, this position requires the ability to work various shifts (evenings,overnights, weekends)
