Duties include packing, palletizing, staging products, and assisting with machine operations while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPack and palletize finished productsStage products for shipping or further processingAssist with production machinery and machine operations as neededSupport meat production and processing activitiesMaintain cleanliness of production areas and raw product storage roomsRemove empty boxes, trash, and debris from work areasFollow all company safety procedures and food safety guidelinesReport accidents, incidents, or unsafe conditions immediately to managementWork collaboratively as part of a production teamPerform all duties in a safe and efficient mannerQualifications02 years of manufacturing or production experience preferredAbility to work in a cold environment for extended periodsAbility to safely lift up to 60 poundsAbility to stand, bend, and work for long shiftsStrong teamwork and communication skillsReliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime as needed Enable Skills-Based Hiring No Onboarding Package M1Shift Details 1st / DayTime Type Full time
