Job Title – Product/Program Manager with Gen AI Duration – 6+ Months Location – Sunnyvale, CA or Austin, TX (Onsite)
Job Description: We are seeking a Product/Program Manager with 10+ years of experience and strong exposure to AI/GenAI to lead end?to?end delivery of AI-driven initiatives. The role will own product strategy, roadmap, and execution while managing multiple AI tracks and ensuring scalable, business outcome–driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and drive AI/GenAI product strategy, roadmap, and execution
Identify and prioritize AI use cases aligned with business objectives
Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple AI/GenAI workstreams
Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, architects, and business teams
Translate business needs into product requirements, PRDs, and roadmaps
Oversee AI lifecycle (POC → deployment → scaling) and track success metrics [futurense.com]
Ensure AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices
Manage stakeholders, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines
Required Skills:
10+ years of Product/Program Management experience, with AI/ML or GenAI initiatives
Strong understanding of GenAI/LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI lifecycle
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data ecosystems
Ability to bridge business requirements with AI/technical teams
Strong expertise in Agile delivery, program governance, and stakeholder management
Exposure to AI metrics, evaluation, and performance optimization
Preferred:
Experience in AI strategy / transformation / adoption programs
Familiarity with AI governance, ethics, and compliance frameworks
Experience managing enterprise-scale or multi-track AI programs
