Job Description

Job Title: Product Marketing Manager V
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Remote

Summary: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving marketing activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, implementing sales strategies, and managing the marketing team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify marketing opportunities by analyzing consumer needs, defining the market, evaluating competitors, and forecasting business potential to establish targeted market share.
  • Enhance product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities, improving product packaging, and coordinating new product development.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize data and trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Achieve marketing and organizational objectives by executing related tasks as needed.

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent multi-tasking, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in organizing and maintaining confidentiality of information.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience.

Must-Have Skills:

  1. Product Marketing experience, particularly in relation to go-to-market (GTM) launch plans and familiarity with early-stage product testing.
  2. Ability to work cross-functionally.
  3. Experience in Monetization and Ads.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  1. Experience in both inbound and outbound Product Marketing Management (PMM).
  2. Previous experience as a PMM in a major tech company.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Lead monetization efforts.
  • Conduct testing on early-stage products, including recruitment, test briefing, and analyzing test results.
  • Support the overall growth of existing groups.
  • Continuously identify and act on marketing opportunities to enhance product positioning and organizational success.
