Job Description

Title: Product Marketing Manager V
Duration: 9 Months
Location: Onsite (Burlingame, Seattle, LA)

Description 
As part of the client's VR Product Marketing (PMM) team, we are seeking an experienced product marketing leader to drive and manage the expansion of VR digital products (e.g., gift cards, code-to-content, subscription cards). This candidate will serve as the Product Marketing Digital Products backbone and will spend the majority of his/her time working with cross-functional partners to define requirements and manage workflows to ensure flawless execution of digital product expansion via sales channel partners. This will include partnering with teams like PM, engineering, tax, accounting, and legal to ensure both commercial and back-end processes are defined and developed to ensure efficient VR digital products growth. You’ll spend time crafting and executing processes and workflow schedules with VR/MR content category.
 
Responsibilities
Responsible for directly managing and monitoring cross-functional workflows that will enable the scaling of the client's digital products via sales channels
Define and socialize new durable processes that will clarify roles and responsibilities for internal stakeholders and will allow the client to scale to global markets and new sales channel partners
Partner with Product Operations cross-functional leads (Marcom, Comms, Sales, Data Science, Marketing Insights, Growth, etc.) to develop and execute monetization programs to drive global momentum for the VR/MR category.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5-10 years experience with relevant sales, marcom, and/or product management experience in managing in-market products through EOL.
  • Experience in working directly with global Sales and Retail partners, managing financials, ASPs, and MSRPs.
  • Experience with consumer research and proficiency in using data and insights to inform VR category-level development and GTM strategy.
  • Experience in working with demand planning to support monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasting.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience and/or domain knowledge in VR, video games, gift cards, mobile devices, and/or hardware/software platforms.
  • Experience with both early stage products and established products.
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, business, engineering, product development, or related field, or MBA degree.
