Job Title: Product Manager III Location: Seattle, WA Duration: 3 Months (Potential Extension/Conversion)
Description: Client is seeking a Product Manager III to support its AI, automation, and marketing tooling initiatives. This role will focus on building and enhancing internal product tools, working closely with marketing and engineering teams to define requirements, scope solutions, and drive development. This is a highly collaborative role offering the opportunity to work on global marketing systems at an early stage, contributing to scalable automation and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Define product vision, scope, and roadmap for internal marketing tools
Gather business requirements and create BRDs and vision documents
Design and build workflows using Airtable
Partner with engineering teams to drive product development and implementation
Collaborate with global marketing stakeholders to understand business needs
Manage data structures and ensure efficient data handling across tools
Support development of AI-driven marketing automation solutions
Track progress and ensure timely delivery of product features
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in Product Management or related field
Hands-on experience with Airtable (mandatory)
Strong experience in data management and product tooling
Experience working with engineering/development teams
Proven ability to write clear and structured product documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with marketing teams or marketing tools
Background in large tech or fast-paced environments
Exposure to AI/automation-based products
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
