Job Description: Client is looking for a Product Manager III to support the One Medical product portfolio focused on healthcare access and chronic condition programs. This role will help design, build, and launch healthcare product solutions that connect customers to benefits and partner health services at scale. You will lead product strategy, roadmap, feature delivery, and go-to-market initiatives while working closely with engineering, design, and business teams. This is a high-ownership role within a focused, cross-functional product team driving measurable growth and customer impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Define product strategy and roadmap for healthcare and benefits-focused programs
Collaborate with internal and external partners to research, design, and launch product solutions
Write business requirements and product documentation
Provide technical and functional input to engineering teams
Lead end-to-end feature and product delivery
Drive go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution
Improve customer conversion, onboarding, and engagement
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business development teams
Present product decisions and strategy clearly to senior leadership
Operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-changing environments
Own current product delivery while planning future enhancements
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Business Development, or Technology roles
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience owning product roadmap and strategy
Experience with end-to-end product delivery
Experience delivering features and managing product trade-offs
Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
Experience owning technology or digital products
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience influencing senior leadership using data-driven insights
Experience with digital health or healthcare products
Background in Amazon Retail or Marketing environments (preferred)
MBA preferred
