Title: Procurement Analyst Duration: 6 Months Hours: M-F 8-5pm Location: Richardson, TX 75082, 3 days in Office once the first two months are completed (First two months in office)

Responsibilities
Main function of the role is acting as a sourcing analyst.
Working with the sourcing managers and sourcing directors to support them through project/activities such as:
Spend analysis
Cost Saving analysis
Meeting with finance team and walking them through those savings in order to book the savings
Maintaining Project Pipelines
Monitor Contract expiration dates
Working on RFI and RFPs
Conducting market analysts if needed
Helping sourcing leaders to upload RFP
When the suppliers respond to RFPs download the responses and put them in a format that can be distributed
Conducting the RFP response analysis.
Will need to manager 20-30 projects at a time
Not looking for a purchase, buyers, or invoice processing experience. Or large gaps in employment
Work closely with IT category managers and support all activities within strategic sourcing lifecycle
Financial skills or price modeling techniques are needed to perform analysis from which a negotiation strategy is determined

Years of Experience needed: 3-5 years of experience (NO MORE OR LESS)
Level of Education:
Bachelor's Degree is Required
Systems/Software proficiencies:
Advances Excel Skills is required
Certifications/Licenses:
C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility preferred.
Top Must have Skills:
The ability to work on multiple items at the same time and handle multiple projects.
