Job Description

Title: Procurement Analyst / Change Management Specialist
Location: 100% Remote - PST is preferred

Duration: 6 Months

Note: Proficient in P2P, ERP, CLM


Overview:
  • We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Change Management Specialist to work in our Procurement Operations Department, supporting Procurement Operations and Global Sourcing.
  • This role will be pivotal in orchestrating and delivering procurement-related improvement projects, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless coordination between various stakeholders.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, exceptional change/project management skills, and the ability to drive efficiency improvements within the department.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading Project : Lead team(s) in ideation, execution, and successful completion of procurement-related improvement projects, ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational goals.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within procurement operations, compare to best practices, and propose streamlined workflows to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Sourcing, Finance, Accounting, Legal, IT, and Operations) to ensure alignment of procurement strategies and objectives.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Evaluate potential risks in proposed/active projects and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring continuity of service and minimizing disruptions.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators to make informed decisions, track progress, and identify areas for improvement within projects.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to procurement policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards, implementing governance frameworks to maintain compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field. Experience in procurement operations, with a proven track record in change management and process optimization. Strong understanding of procurement principles and operations.
  • Proficiency in understanding procurement tools and systems, including P2P, ERP, CLM, and associated software; certification in relevant tools a ‘plus’.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Atlasian’s Jira
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams, manage multiple projects concurrently, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on leveraging data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a strong ‘plus’.
