Job Description

Title: Procure-to-Pay Lead Analyst
Location: Tempe- Arizona(85281), Whitestown - Indiana(46075) and New Castle - Delaware(19720) (Hybrid for these locations)
Duration: 6-7 Months
Shift: Monday-Friday
Schedule Notes: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm EST 
100% WAH as of today; however, the candidate will need to go into the office 3 times per week - candidates should be located in or near Tempe- Arizona, Whitestown - Indiana, and New Castle - Delaware Must work EST hours.

Note: Applicants must reside in one of the following locations: Tempe, Arizona; Whitestown, Indiana; or New Castle, Delaware. This is a hybrid flexible role, requiring candidates to be onsite as necessary, with the possibility of one day per week onsite.

Must-Have:
Education
-High School Diploma with 8-10 years experience
Candidate must have Supplier Chain Purchasing and buying experience.

Job Summary:
  • This role’s primary responsibility is to be a point of contact between Verity, NPV, Internal Government Account Managers, Finance, Specialty Procurement, and Pharmacy Operations as well as manage Replenishment Purchase Orders as needed for assigned pharmacies.
  • This position develops competence by performing structured work assignments; and interpreting existing procedures to solve standard and complex problems with limited instruction, guidance, and/or direction from others.
 
Skills:
  • Proficiency in this role requires exercising independent judgment and critical thinking within the company guidelines while maintaining a professional attitude and presenting to both internal and external customer base.
  • Candidate must have Supplier Chain Purchasing and buying experience.
  • The candidate will be a front-line purchasing worker i.e. cutting purchase orders and completing procurement tasks.
  • This is not a strategic role where the candidates are negotiating but they will need to have the ability to think strategically
