Title: Procure-to-Pay Lead Analyst Location: Tempe- Arizona(85281), Whitestown - Indiana(46075) and New Castle - Delaware(19720) (Hybrid for these locations) Duration: 6-7 Months Shift: Monday-Friday Schedule Notes: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm EST 100% WAH as of today; however, the candidate will need to go into the office 3 times per week - candidates should be located in or near Tempe- Arizona, Whitestown - Indiana, and New Castle - Delaware Must work EST hours.

Job Summary:
This role’s primary responsibility is to be a point of contact between Verity, NPV, Internal Government Account Managers, Finance, Specialty Procurement, and Pharmacy Operations as well as manage Replenishment Purchase Orders as needed for assigned pharmacies.
This position develops competence by performing structured work assignments; and interpreting existing procedures to solve standard and complex problems with limited instruction, guidance, and/or direction from others.
Skills:
Proficiency in this role requires exercising independent judgment and critical thinking within the company guidelines while maintaining a professional attitude and presenting to both internal and external customer base.
Candidate must have Supplier Chain Purchasing and buying experience.
The candidate will be a front-line purchasing worker i.e. cutting purchase orders and completing procurement tasks.
This is not a strategic role where the candidates are negotiating but they will need to have the ability to think strategically.
