Fully onsite, Standard business hours

Description: Organization is seeking an enthusiastic team-oriented Senior Associate to join the Rapid Analytics (RA) group within Attribute Science (AS). The RA organization focuses on providing high throughput analytical testing services to support pipeline delivery across a wide range of therapeutic biologics in both Pre-Pivotal and Pivotal phases. In the highly matrixed fast-paced team environment, under limited supervision, the primary responsibility of this Associate role is to perform product quality analysis and provide analytical data by adhering to projects timelines to enable process decisions. The candidate will be an integral member of a dynamic team, collaborating with research scientists at multiple company sites, and working closely with groups in other functional areas.

Responsibilities:
• Execute analytical testing within expected turnaround time per established procedure for following assays: Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC), Titer, Cation Exchange Chromatography (CEX), Reduced Capillary Electrophoresis (rCE-SDS), Non-Reduced Capillary Electrophoresis (nrCE-SDS), cIEF (Capillary Ion Electrophoresis Focusing), etc.
• Adhere to RA turnaround time for high throughput samples and all required metrics, and ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Document, review results, and maintain electronic laboratory notebooks
• Work with development team to implement methods in RA, analyze and interpret data
• Provide technical input and generate written reports as needed
• Author, review, and data verify technical documents
• Communicate project updates as appropriate
• Solve technical problems with both instrument and assay issues as part of troubleshooting
• Participate and present scientific data in meetings
• Maintain instruments and follow lab’s general equipment cleaning protocols
