Job Description

Job Title: Platform Product Manager
Location: WA (Fully remote)
Duration: 12 months Assignment
Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, PST hours
 
Roles & responsibilities:
  • Build and optimize operational workflows used by Trust and & Safety investigators
  • Building alignment across product teams, cross functional partners (Global Operations, Payments, FP&A, Community Support, etc.) and Leadership/Executive teams.
  • Communicating day to day as well as long term updates to senior management
  • Come up with recommendations for build vs buy decisions, technology innovations, and trends in the industry and large architectural changes in their product domain area
  • Maintain product and operational backlog. Own prioritization process for solutions
 
Skills:
  • 5+ years of product or program or operations management experience in Trust & Safety
  • Fraud, risk, safety product experience preferred but not required
  • Exceptional deep dive, problem solving, collaboration, partnership and influencing skills with the ability to work in a global environment across multiple locations and time zones to drive consensus across teams
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication ability to a diverse stakeholder audience, including a global team of C-level executives, product, and technical stakeholders
  • More than comfortable in an ambiguous matrixed organization
  • Strategic platform and systematic thinker who can balance big picture strategy with detailed, flawless execution and impact delivery
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
  • Innate capability to, directly and indirectly, lead teams through success
