Phlebotomist I

Position Title: Phlebotomist I
Work Location: OK - Tulsa - 6717 South Yale Avenue
May need to cover or float to a IOP location in Tulsa, OK
Assignment Duration: 3 Months
Work Schedule: 1^st shift 
8am-5pm M-F, rotating Saturdays 8am-12pm
HM said will need to cover 1 Saturday a month
Work Arrangement: Onsite

Position Summary: Will need to have geri and pedi experience. Candidate may need to travel to an IOP location for coverage, so since the candidate would be working alone at the IOP, she needs to have candidates with 1 to 2 years experience, nothing less. Candidate will be working with 1 other phleb at the PSC location

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform phlebotomy on patients from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Work effectively within a team setting
• Follow standard safety and infection control protocols

Qualification & Experience:

• HS/GED required
• Geriatric and pediatric phlebotomy experience
• Team collaboration skills
