Title: Patient Access Rep I (Part-Time) Location: Onsite - Saint Clair Shores - MI, 48081 Duration: 2 months Shift: 1st shift, 7 AM to 1 PM Monday-Friday
Job Summary:
The main function of a patient access representative is to act as the liaison between the organization and the customer/patient.
They will provide product education and handle a wide variety of questions while ensuring a positive customer service experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between the organisation, the customer base and patients.
Resolve routine customer requests with products or services via inbound, and outbound calls, or the Internet.
Speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol procedures.
Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution.
Provide additional customer education and information as needed.
Qualify and establish inbound new customers requesting the organisation's products and services.
Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions.
Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner.
Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies.
Perform administrative support for medical re
Will be assisting with greeting patients, checking in on kiosks, and escorting them to the phlebotomy team at a high-volume patient service centre located in St. Clair Shores, MI.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service.
The ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations and technologically inclined.
