Partnership and Contracts Manager 6+ Months Remote
This is a contract drafting and processing role. The Contract Analyst produces a high volume of standard template contract documents for service and/or design and engineering agreements including project work orders, statements of work, purchase orders and any amendments or change orders associated with those contracts. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Triaging new contract requests in a timely manner and liaising with relevant parties to ensure any outstanding information is gathered.
Contract drafting, including obtaining necessary internal legal or sourcing approvals.
Organizing and collating exhibits for contracts and assisting with beginning to end processing.
Daily tracking of contract progress to keep processes flowing smoothly and within service level agreement period.
Completing all contract-related data entries in internal tooling and assisting internal stakeholders with contract requests.
Maintaining folder filing and updating tracking spreadsheets or internal guidance documents as needed.
Contract coordination support services such as status monitoring.
Other duties as required.
