Job Description

Partnership and Contracts Manager

This is a contract drafting and processing role. The Contract Analyst produces a high volume of standard template contract documents for service and/or design and engineering agreements including project work orders, statements of work, purchase orders and any amendments or change orders associated with those contracts. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 
  • Triaging new contract requests in a timely manner and liaising with relevant parties to ensure any outstanding information is gathered.
  • Contract drafting, including obtaining necessary internal legal or sourcing approvals.
  • Organizing and collating exhibits for contracts and assisting with beginning to end processing.
  • Daily tracking of contract progress to keep processes flowing smoothly and within service level agreement period.
  • Completing all contract-related data entries in internal tooling and assisting internal stakeholders with contract requests.
  • Maintaining folder filing and updating tracking spreadsheets or internal guidance documents as needed.
  • Contract coordination support services such as status monitoring.
  • Other duties as required.
