We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented coordinator to join our Partner team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who loves keeping things running smoothly — you'll be the operational backbone supporting our Community, Enablement, and Operations teams across a wide range of partner programs and initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Event administration — manage logistics, scheduling, registrations, and communications for partner events - Event execution — support on-the-ground delivery of virtual and in-person events, ensuring everything goes off without a hitch - Asset packing — prepare and organize content for partner playbooks and the partner portal, making sure materials are accurate and up to date - Localization coordination — work with internal teams and vendors to coordinate translation and adaptation of content for regional markets - Communications & list hygiene — distribute partner communications and maintain clean, accurate contact lists and segments
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in a coordination, operations, or admin role (internships count!) - Strong attention to detail and a knack for juggling multiple tasks - Clear communicator — comfortable working across teams and with external partners - Comfortable with tools like spreadsheets, CRM/email platforms, and project management software - Proactive, self-starter attitude — you spot what needs doing and get it done
You'll get broad exposure across partner programs from day one, working closely with experienced teams across Community, Enablement, and Operations. It's a role where your organizational skills will have a real, visible impact.
