Job Title: Partner Operations Lead
Location: San Francisco, CA, 94103

Duration: 12 months assignment
Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, PST hours

 
Overview:
  • As part of Client’s Event Partnerships investments, Client has access to many exclusive operational assets during event time that can be leveraged to drive business results (tickets, access, etc.).
  • This role will be the central operator developing and executing the strategy and accompanying operational plan across all programs in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • This role reports to the Senior Lead of Event Partnership Activations.
Responsibilities:
  • Strategic development of operational plan for FIFA Women's World Cup 2027 and LA 28 Olympic & Paralympic Games, specifically.
  • Refresh and drive an existing operational playbook and framework that local teams can use for other event partnerships (Live Nation, Art Basel, etc.).
  • Responsible for overall operational planning (on the ground requirements) across all programs and activations, including working with the Executive office on any executive hospitality needs.
  • Manage the allocation and delivery of all operational assets (Ticketing, accreditation, transportation, parking permits, accommodation, hospitality).
  • Manage and execute a staff onsite operational plan, along with global safety and security, internal comms and other stakeholders.
  • Develop a contingency plan for Client workforce, guests, and athletes together with safety and security.
  • Work with our agency on ticketing and accreditation strategies (along with other operational areas of execution, including transportation), managing the internal Client elements and communication, and overseeing the agency deliverables.
  • Partner with Client’s activations lead and other key stakeholders to deliver operationally secured onsite activations and maximize the usage of assets for business driving programs (i.e. tickets, access, etc.).
  • Manage associated submissions and approvals with stakeholders.
  • Oversee operational staff members guiding them on execution of workstreams.
  • Lead internal operational communications (e.g weekly Taskforce meeting) to prioritize and cascade important information, develop the Games Time Operational Playbook and Executive Summaries and recommendations.
  • As needed join other functional working groups and consult with other cross-functional teams.
Skills: Qualifications / Notes:
  • Required experience in both Olympic Games and FIFA World Cup.
  • Strong experience working with executives, board members or other high-touch / VIP individuals in a major event context.
  • Excellent organization skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, adapt and pivot in a quick paced and flexible working environment.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, yet cross functionally collaborative.
  • Expert in sport with deep subject matter expertise and a network of existing relationships at both the IOC and FIFA.
  • Leadership facing role, communicating and influencing other XFN leaders and regularly presenting to internal and external leadership.
  • Ability to travel regularly and work onsite at events

At SPECTRAFORCE, we are committed to maintaining a workplace that ensures fair compensation and wage transparency in adherence with all applicable state and local laws. This position's pay range is $92.00/hr - $93.10/hr.
