Job Description

The Partner Marketing Programs Specialist serves as the tactical engine of the Global Partner Marketing Organization (GPMO). This role is designed to streamline marketing execution by managing the lifecycle of Partner Management programs—from budget allocation to performance analysis. By bridging the gap between marketing strategy and operational data, this specialist ensures that Marketing Managers have the insights and logistical support needed to maximize the impact of our partner ecosystem.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Budget & Financial Execution
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing spend, including PO creation, vendor onboarding, and accrual tracking to ensure seamless campaign launches.
  • Optimize budget allocation within Allocadia, ensuring that regional and global spend aligns with quarterly operating plans.
  • Provide proactive visibility into budget health, identifying underspend early enough to pivot funds toward high-impact marketing activities.
  1. Marketing Compliance and Process Optimization:
  • Act as the guardian of Partner Management Guidelines, ensuring all tactical execution meets brand, finance, and operational standards.
  • Standardize and document workflows for Partner Management activities to ensure a consistent "look and feel" across different global theaters.
  • Document and standardize processes for consistency across theaters.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with the Global Partner Organization (GPO), Marketing Ops, and Regional Marketing teams to align on processes and ensure consistent support across all theaters.
  • Collaborate with the broader Marketing organization to ensure partner-related tools, training, and resources are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Work closely with Finance to translate complex accounting requirements into clear, actionable steps for the marketing team.
  1. Partner Marketing Enablement:
  • Oversee the tactical onboarding of new marketing suppliers and agencies in GraphiteConnect, ensuring they are ready to support active campaigns.
  • Act as the "first responder" for marketing-related operational queries, providing the training and support needed for teams to execute independently.
  • Support the rollout of new marketing tools and platforms to the partner ecosystem.
  1. Partner ROI & Performance Analysis:
  • Analytical Mindset: Interpret raw performance data to provide insights on the health and value of partner marketing investments.
  • Trend Identification: Monitor spend trends across different partner types and regions to identify what is driving the highest return.
  • ROI Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards that move beyond "spend tracking" to "value tracking," helping leadership understand which initiatives are moving the needle.

This role provides the operational rigor and support necessary to empower Marketing Managers and Partner Managers to operate effectively.

 

 

Skills:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • College Graduate
  • 2-4 relevant years of experience in; Marketing operations, Partner Marketing, or Business Analysis, preferably in a partner ecosystem.
  • Proficiency with financial management tools (e.g., Allocadia, Netsuite) and collaborative platforms (e.g., Slack)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication
  • Proven ability to collaborate across global teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Fluent in English; bilingual preferred
Education:

MSP Notes:

  • Fully Remote candidates
  • Fixed End Date: January 29, 2027 but possibility of extension depending on performance and business need
  • Max Bill Rate: 400,000 INR per month
  • Two Headcount needed, one for each shift below.
    • APJ: 4:00PM–12:00AM PST
      • India Time: 4:30AM to 12:30PM IST
