About the Role We are hiring high-energy, driven Outside Sales Representatives to represent a fast-growing fiber internet provider in local communities. This is a field-based, door-to-door sales role where you will be the face of the company, building relationships and driving new customer sign-ups. This is not a desk job - it’s for someone who enjoys being out in the field, talking to people daily, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Knock on 50-100 doors daily to generate new business
Sell fiber internet services to residential customers
Attend local events (1-2x per week) to build brand presence
Engage with community members and build trust locally
Manage full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → closing
Maintain consistent follow-ups and pipeline tracking
Represent the company professionally in your assigned territory

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary starting around $50,000 (depending on experience)
Commission: $35K-$40K+ at target performance
Total earnings potential: $80K-$100K+

Must live within ~30 minutes of assigned territory
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a background check
Comfortable working outdoors and in all weather conditions
