Job Details:

• Job Title: Outreach Specialist

• Max Bill Rate: $32.90

Need 2 contractors. 

Only 2 submittals 
Start date July 8th.

Contract only but must be in approved States.
Overtime allowed but MUST be approved first. 
EST or CST time zones 
Spotlight call June 13th at 11 EST
EMR experience (Electronic Medical Records )
Healthcare preferred. 
Backfilling roles 
 

 

• Initiates phone and email requests for medical records from health care providers. Collects, stores and tracks receipt of medical records.
• Review correspondences and/or inquiries from health information departments to determine needs and accelerate the process of collecting medical records.
• Utilizes computerized tracking and reporting system for medical record requests and receipts.
• Extracts provider request listings from large spreadsheet files and formats for reporting and delivery.
• Utilizes standardized computer-based storage methods to store and retrieve medical records.
• Maintains confidentiality of medical records.
• Maintains productivity standards.

 

Hiring Requirements

 

• High school diploma or GED

• 3+ years of experience in related field.
