Title: Organizational Effectiveness Manager
Duration: 7 Months
Location: Fully remote (will communicate sometimes with Europe and India based staff as well as US)

Ideal candidate:
  • Not creating a new process, a person will come in and follow an existing process around onboarding and learning that they will want them to leverage.
  • Someone who can address knowledge and skills caps- they will have the resources to go to once these caps are identified.
  • Not looking for PM to execute on a process and ensure timelines are hit, looking for someone who can have a learning professional conversation.
  • Person will be working with staff to understand current learning gaps and provide solutions (set in place with current process).
This person will:
  • Leverage the Technology/Artificial Intelligence & Data learning and onboarding process to develop Learning for Performance plans and knowledge transfer plans for onboarding DTI staff in various roles in India.
  • Identify potential knowledge transfer gaps, build plans to address gaps, and coordinate with key stakeholders and hiring managers to ensure gaps are addressed.
  • Identify post on-boarding learning needs and provide templates for hiring managers to incorporate into Staff Upskilling plans

  • This Learning & Performance Manager will play a vital role in executing our vision for building new capabilities in India.
Key Responsibilities:
  • The Manager will be responsible for executing on organizational effectiveness strategies around knowledge transfer in support of onboarding new staff at the client India Site.
  • The Manager will work with the Technology Organizational Effectiveness Team to define and drive a sustainable knowledge transfer process that enables a seamless time-bound staff experience for DTI Stakeholders, including the new hires at the client’s India Site.
  • Assist in the preparation of Learning for Performance plans.
  • Identify learning resources to achieve integration.
  • Partner with the manager in onboarding remediation.
  • Work with managers to enhance Knowledge Transfer plans to offboard EWs in 60 days.
  • Monitor and report on Knowledge Transfer Plan completion for EW offboarding
Specifically, this role will:
  • Manage and deliver on assigned scope with limited oversight.
  • Partner with key stakeholders, hiring managers, and experts to:
  • Leverage the Technology/Artificial Intelligence & Data learning and onboarding process to develop Learning for Performance plans and knowledge transfer plans for onboarding DTI staff in various roles in India.
  • Identify potential knowledge transfer gaps, build plans to address gaps, and coordinate with key stakeholders and hiring managers to ensure gaps are addressed.
  • Develop an approach to address the sustainment and management of knowledge transfer assets, including content repositories and ongoing activities for onboarding new staff.
  • Identify post-onboarding learning needs and provide templates for hiring managers to incorporate into Staff Upskilling plans
  • Provide consistent communications and engagements with key stakeholders around initiative needs, deliverables, and risks.
  • Appropriately escalate issues that may impact Technology’s strategy implementation through coordination and engagement with key stakeholders as well as internal line management.
  • Maintain a culture of continuous improvement
Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of learning and/or talent management experience.
  • Outstanding communication skills with audiences of all levels.
  • High level of situational awareness to assess impacts of organizational change.
  • Experience developing a set of actionable and targeted plans, including communications, coaching, training, resistance management and sponsor roadmaps.
  • Strong technical acumen.
  • Possess a basic understanding of SAFe and Agile ways of working.
  • Excellent oral and presentation skills; ability to negotiate, influence and persuade.
  • Demonstrated Program Management Skills.

  • Ability to navigate a challenging and dynamic environment productively.
  • Willingness to handle ambiguous and rapidly changing priorities.
  • Professionally excel at interaction with all levels of management, staff and vendors.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiastic, team player and self-starter with a serious commitment to hard work and excellence.
  • Ability to identify performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with product teams to integrate people-focused deliverables into highly technical project teams
