Organizational Change Management Lead (OCM Lead)
Duration: Initial contract for 6 months engagement, to be extended for another 4 months for a total of up to 10 months.
Location:
 Mississauga, ON (Hybrid, 3 days in the office) Will consider candidates from Richmond Hill or Waterloo location as well.

Role and Responsibilities
Work with the PMO team and organizational leaders to ensure adoption, utilization and proficiency of changes that impact OT.
Working under the direction of the PMO, the OCM Lead will collaborate with project managers, business analysts and a variety of project stakeholders on the introduction of new business processes and technologies to ensure stakeholder adoption.
The OCM Lead will be responsible for the development of tools, templates, and processes that are intended to help project leaders analyze the impacts of a change during the planning phase, engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, as well as train and transition users towards the new technologies and processes being implemented.
Major responsibilities:
• Define the strategy for delivering the change.
• Plan and manage business engagement and transition.
• Identify adoption metrics and track end-user adoption.
• Identify and prioritize key project stakeholders to inform stakeholder management and communication tactics toward end users and other impacted stakeholders.
• Assess the organization's readiness for project changes.
• Assess the change impacts associated with the project.
• Prepare external (from project team) project communications.
• Guide change agents to encourage staff capability development.
• Plan and facilitate employee training needs.
• Experience on implementing Change Management in organizations that doesn’t have experience using Change Management
• Previous experience working and/or running PMOs
• Attitude towards communication
• Knowledge of human behavior and emotional assessment
