Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle JD Edwards Manufacturing & Planning Functional Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience to support implementation and enhancement projects across Manufacturing Operations, Planning, Procurement, and Quality Management. The ideal candidate will have successfully delivered multiple full lifecycle JD Edwards implementations and possess strong functional expertise in manufacturing and supply chain business processes.
Required Experience:
Minimum 10 years of Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne functional consulting experience Proven experience in multiple full lifecycle JD Edwards implementations
Strong expertise in Manufacturing Operations and Supply Chain processes Experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, and support testing and deployment
Ability to lead functional workshops and provide best practice recommendations Functional Expertise
Candidates must have strong experience with the following JD Edwards EnterpriseOne modules: Manufacturing Operations Production Planning, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Procurement (Procure-to-Pay), Quality Management, Product Data Management (BOM & Routings), Shop Floor Management, Work Orders, Inventory Management
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Configure JD Edwards Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, and Quality Management modules.
Lead solution design sessions and recommend industry best practices.
Support multiple phases of implementation including requirements, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Develop functional specifications for customizations, reports, and integrations.
Collaborate with technical teams, business users, and project managers to deliver successful implementations.
Support issue resolution, process improvements, and system optimization. Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
Required Skills:
Deep understanding of manufacturing business processes
Strong knowledge of MRP and production planning
Experience with procurement and supplier management processes
Experience implementing and supporting Quality Management within JD Edwards
Strong functional documentation and business process mapping skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work independently in a client-facing consulting environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 experience
Experience with JD Edwards Orchestrator (preferred)
Experience integrating JD Edwards with MES, PLM, or third-party manufacturing applications
Experience in regulated manufacturing industries such as Life Sciences
