Job Description

Title: Product Management Advisor (Operations Lead Analyst)
Location: Onsite, Morris Plains, NJ, 07950
Duration: 7 months
Schedule Notes: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm EST

Description of Position:
The Product Management Advisor is responsible for supporting the Medicare Prescription Payment Program (M3P) by monitoring processes and triaging potential issues. The position also assists in developing, documenting, and analyzing processes, as well as recommending improvements.


Position Details:

  • Troubleshoot client and internal questions related to M3P
  • Exhibit problem-solving capabilities in a complex environment
  • Provide specific recommendations with supporting rationale to leadership
  • Participate in cross-functional projects or work teams
  • Use third-party software to resolve Election form and member check exceptions process
  • Manage internal oversight reporting requirements and ensure timely delivery
  • Document policies and procedures
  • Manage cross-functional M3P projects and deliverables
  • Triage client eligibility issues

Skills Required:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to create processes and work instructions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight time frames
  • Ability to work well with diverse work styles
  • Proficient in written communications for internal and external audiences
  • Self-starter, detail-oriented, proactive
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally to drive process improvements, root cause analysis, and develop reporting processes

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in product or project management
  • Experience working across different levels of the organization to own, manage, and improve processes
