(Candidate will need to be located near any of the mentioned offices for occasional in-office visits.)
 
Summary:
  • The main function of the Partnerships operations associate is ensuring that the organization follows through with the plans and operates efficiently.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Support the operational activities of client’s Partnerships organization related to deal management, partner management, or cross-organizational planning and prioritization.
  • Lead operational reviews to drive decision-making and assess progress against goals and priorities.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements and build plans to execute and scale these operational improvement programs.
  • Operationalize connections across cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, deeper collaboration, or greater efficiency.
  • Drive leadership meetings and facilitate alignment on key issues and opportunities.
  • Handle problems in a calm and collected manner, even when under pressure.
 
Skills:
  • Microsoft office, Word, Excel
  • HTML, SQL, and Data Visualization tools
 
Must-Have Skills:
  • Comfortable with the operational cadences with business operations for product organizations- 5+ years experience in business operations in the technology/ internet or digital media space.
  • Infinity influencing and working with senior stake holders in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Experience leading operations and process improvement projects in consulting and/or in a relevant operations function. Written and verbally communicative on complex topic
  • Deeper analytics and modeling background, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
 
Nice-to-have Skills:
  • Experience in VR, AR and AI
  • Comfortable with data analytics
  • Metaverse content 
Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in business operations in the technology/internet or digital media space.
  • Experience leading operations and process improvement projects in consulting and/or in a relevant operations function.
  • Distinctive problem solving and analytical skills, with a proven track record of driving projects from concept to execution.
 
Story Behind the Need – Business Group & Key Projects:
Key Projects/Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • This person will be in a operations function, supporting the operations of the Partnerships organization within Client
  • Partnerships organization oversees all deals and partners for MR, AR, and AI (Quest, Rayban Meta, MetaAI, etc.)
  • Operational component, review, pipeline, and update meetings
  • Helping track deal flow and partner outreach.
  • Monthly, quarterly setting and planning, all the operational components tied to partnership source. Running a cadance progress in getting the content acquired and loaded
 
Purpose/Size of this team & where does this position fit within the team:
  • A team of 6 people, the organization they will supporting is 150 people, will also be working with cross functional teams
