Job Description

Job Title: Operations Analyst
Location: New York City, NY
Duration: 6+ Months
 

Note:
Seeking recent graduates with Bachelors degree who have completed their degrees between 2022 and 2024 in fields such as Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or Data Analysis

Job Description:
  • The team works closely with clients, sales/trading and other stakeholders to address issues, resolve exceptions, answer queries, and manage risk throughout the trade processing life cycle.
  • Review and approve pending client requests to ensure proper authorizations and supporting documentation are in place and meet policy requirements.
  • Utilize proprietary and external systems to evaluate complex issues and make critical thinking decisions.
  • Facilitate payment function, answer client queries on accounts, portfolios, and records.
