Completes assigned operational tasks and provides support to client benefit requests.
Responsibilities include handling daily request tracking, researching, running reports, provide documentation related to completion of assigns tasks and identify operational or productivity enhancements.
Assists with more complex configurations, validations or project as needed.
Tracks and reports progress to team identifying status and if deadlines are met.
Provides support to internal and external clients by researching and assisting with resolution of benefit design and claims issues.
Responsible for ongoing client support and consistent service driving towards client focused outcomes.
Translates/validates client intent
Handle daily request tracking, reporting requests, and general inquiries.
Resolves issues when possible and escalates as needed Executes assignments within committed targeted completion dates and/or performance guarantees.
Adheres to all organizational SOPs and Compliance standards; provides subject matter input as it relates to checklists and SOPs Provides support to internal and external clients by researching and assisting with resolution of benefit related issues.
Completes Special Projects as assigned
Skills:
Strong PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and oral communication skills Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to manage timelines and meet tight deadlines Ability to learn new software and work in multiple applications simultaneously.
Flexibility and able to adapt to change easily
2 years work related experience
Education:
Bachelor's degree OR
Minimum of High School Diploma/GED with multiple years of experience in a related field
