Hours: 8-5 M-F


Position Summary:
The Coordinator of Quality Assurance will support the team with project presentation resources and ad-hoc projects. The Team Member will be responsible for the coordinating tasks associated with this department which will include, but will not be limited to, team meeting planning and logistics, documentation, key spreadsheet and system management, analytical correspondence management, report generation and data tracking, etc. The Quality Assurance Coordinator will also directly manage communication with other various areas of the department.

What will I be doing?
The Coordinator of QA will have an incredibly high attention to detail and will create an impactful standard for all presentations created and presented on behalf of the department. The Coordinator will partner with other teams/individuals to gather data for reporting, collaborate on projects, and work with outside vendors on communication pieces. The Team Member will also be given miscellaneous projects and must have the ability to work with tight deadlines, highly confidential information, and be able to balance multiple projects and execute a high volume of activity.

• Responsible for creating/updating QA related sites, process documents, and training materials
• Acts as liaison between various departments, suppliers and hotel team members
• Inventory control/tracking-equipment, collateral, supplies, etc.
• Assist with onboarding of all new/transferring QA Team Members
• Monthly billing for all consecutive unacceptable audits, international and other fees
• High level skill of data gathering for tracking, reporting, analysis
• Assist with all aspects of QA committee/Brand compliance meetings including research, agenda creation, historical data, etc.
• Create weekly and monthly QA reporting inclusive of telling the narrative via presentations
• Maintain DE-Identification tracker and required follow up in all internal systems
• Fleet inventory-including mileage & payment tracker, insurance cards, POAs for transfers monthly accounts payables, etc.
• Tracking for Fire Life Safety, Reversals, Notice of Defaults log for legal
• BOSS software maintenance for auditor regions and hotel assignments
• Provide support for Global QA team
• Administrative duties to include mail-outs, FedEx runs, supply ordering, meeting minutes, assistance with meeting planning, invoice processing

What are we looking for?
The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
• 3 years of administrative or related coordinator experience in a fast-paced environment required
• Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to travel overnights on occasion
• Proficient knowledge of PowerPoint and Desk top publishing a must

Preferred Qualifications:
• 3 years of hospitality industry experience working on global projects
• 1-2 years of experience within the client Family of Brands
• Advanced Excel skills including; building macros, v-lookup tables and data manipulation
• Intermediate to advanced Alteryx and/or Business Intelligence systems

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
• Minimum Education: High School/GED
• Minimum Years of Experience: 3-5
• Additional Requirements (i.e., % of travel time, etc.): limited travel, upon occasion for meetings

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
• Education: Associate's Degree/College Diploma/Cepeg
• Minimum Years of Experience: 2+ Management or Supervisory experience
