Job Title: Nursing Recruiter(Hybrid) Location:Bakersfield, CA (3 days in office/ 2 days Remote) Duration: 6 Months (Temp to hire)
The client requires the candidates to be COVID Vaccinated.
Nurse Recruiter: The candidate will screen profiles, source clinical and non-clinical candidates using various tools, and work with the hiring manager on coordinating interviews. 3-5 years of clinical recruiting experience No degree required and can work remote part of the week (3 preferred days in office). iCIMS or any previous ATS experience a plus but not required.
