Job Title: Motion Graphics Designer Job Location: Hartford, CT (Remote 2 day/in office 3 days) Job Duration: 12 Months. Working 40 hours, 5 days a week.
Responsibilities- • Strong foundation in design principles like color theory, typography, and layout. • Take an initial concept to the next level with motion graphics and animations, including 2D and 3D animations. • History of telling compelling stories through unique creative assets and visual interactions. • Image searching, retouching, and manipulation. • Design according to Client'sspecific brand guidelines. • Develop concepts and designs while keeping in mind the strategic business goals of the project as well accessibility compliance. • Organize and maintain files, including following best practices for version control, naming conventions, and organization of graphic files. • Work in close collaboration with stakeholders, designers, marketing managers and throughout all phases of project development.
Requirements- • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; able to follow direction. • Ability to work on multiple projects and brands simultaneously. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Accuracy/attention to detail. • Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines. • Passion for design. • Self-starter capable of delivering creative ideas. • A.A., B.F.A., or equivalent experience preferred. • Proficient in Creative Cloud (i.e. After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premier Pro). • Would like someone with 4-6 years of experience in motion, social media and editing video. • An exceptional on-line portfolio or demo real showcasing innovative design solutions.
