Plan, test and execute integration changes through change control and release schedules; ensure rollback plans exist.
Validate integrations after change; maintain version control and deployment artifacts.
Maintain integration designs and interface contracts (message specs, data maps).
Train support staff and vendors on integration procedures and recovery steps when needed.
Manage technical coordination with equipment manufacturers, MES, and other system owners.
Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, improve reliability and optimize data flows (e.g., centralize print management, queue optimization, caching).
Top Skills:
Enterprise Integration Architecture —Experience with OPC-UA, MQTT, REST/SOAP, and connecting PLCs/SCADA/MES/ERP systems.
