Med Surg RN - Fulltime or PRN

The Staff Pad has partnered with Modoc Medical Center, a critical access hospital in northeastern California.

What You’ll Do

• Perform individualized patient assessments and report abnormal findings
  
• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care following established protocols
  
• Accurately document patient care, interventions, and outcomes
  
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams
  
• Maintain professionalism and patient confidentiality at all times
  
• Collaborate across departments to support overall patient care
  

What We’re Looking For

• Active California RN license
  
• Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications
  
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented mindset
