The Traffic Manager, North America Marketing acts as the central point of contact within the marketing team, managing the flow of work and information across various marketing functions such as creative, web, and brand marketing. The primary objective is to coordinate timelines, deadlines, and priorities via the Asana collaborative work management platform to facilitate efficient project execution and ensure the timely delivery of campaigns and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage workflows using Asana, oversee timelines and resource allocation, and provide daily updates to improve team efficiency. • Facilitate weekly meetings across the marketing organization, provide updates on overdue or missing tasks, and updates on capacity restraints within the teams. • Measure capacity and efficiency using Asana-based dashboards to provide data-based insights and optimization recommendations. • Oversee task flow setup and deliverables to meet deadlines and campaign goals. • Forecast resource availability and manage additional volume or reprioritization. • Collaborate with various marketing stakeholders and departments, serving as the point person for questions about project workflow, status, and deadlines.
Success is measured by: ? Project Timeliness - the percentage of projects delivered on time against the total number of projects. ? Workflow Efficiency - the average time it takes for projects to move through different stages of production or implementation. ? Resource Utilization - how effectively resources are allocated and utilized throughout projects. ? Communication Effectiveness - response times to inquiries and clarity of project briefs. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Traffic Manager or in a similar role within a marketing team. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Proficiency in using the Asana project management tool. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
Required Education: Associate's degree or 2-3 yrs relevant experience with ideally a year of marketing agency traffic management and related advertising experience in print/digital design or project management (B2B industry, preferred)
Required Years of Experience: Experience: 2-3 years’ overall marketing experience, ideally a year of marketing traffic management or related project management (B2B industry, preferred).
Nice To Have: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (PMP a plus).
