Job Title: Marketing Operations Program Manager
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid – 3 days in week)
 
Job Description:
We are looking for talent with a growth mindset to join our Creative Operations team as a Senior PM for the Digital Menu Boards. This person will be a self-motivated problem solver with a comprehensive understanding of how to solve complex problems across Marketing and Technology organizations.

Key projects:
  • Leading the digital menus program
  • Coverage for a TLA leaving this month
 
Daily Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development of integrated plans that include deliverables, strategic alignment, enterprise-wide impacts, milestones, risks, assumptions, constraints and overall investments for the Digital Menu Boards program.
  • Oversee execution of multiple project deliverables and timelines to ensure successful delivery of highly integrated workstreams. 
  • Ensure team members understand and work toward accomplishing the business vision, objectives and key results.  
  • Maintain ongoing familiarity with existing marketing and creative technology tools and processes to oversee execution of day to day creative, content and production design projects. 
  • Collaborate across stakeholder teams to develop and create operational business requirements for the development of new creative processes, tools, and systems. 
  • Partner with cross-functional programs and identify opportunities for design & development synergy. 
  • Lead and facilitate strategy sessions to drive critical decisions.
  • Lead and partner with Marketing and Technology teams to develop long-term strategic roadmaps.
  • Support the Digital Menu Boards team in practicing Agile methods that drive continuous incremental value and efficiency.
  • Builds a highly collaborative and trusting relationship with internal partners and external suppliers/vendors.  
  • Experience in people management and ability to develop and grow a team. 
 
Technology requirements:
  • Microsoft suite
  • Smartsheet
 
Degree or certifications required:
BA/BS with concentration in business, marketing, technology or similar field required
 
Years experience:
6+ years
 
Required background & Skills:
  • 6+ years of experience as a program manager or senior project manager 
  • 6+ Experience working across technology and marketing organizations
  • 4+ Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams
  • 2+ Experience direct people management
  • Project management experience and/or PMP certification
 
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Certification (ideal education level or degree): Project Management Professional (PMP) & Human Center Design (HCD)
  • Project management technology
  • Agile Product Owner
  • Change management experience
  • Marketing Experience
 
Must-Have Skills:
  • Program/Project Management – Large, cross function, fast paced programs
  • Ability to Sheppard leaders into a decision – cross functional with strong communication
  • Being available and being responsive – Proactive and highly organized
