Job Description

Title: Marketing Manager V
Duration: 4+ Months

Location: Menlo Park, CA 94025

The client is seeking an experienced Integrated Growth Marketing Manager to drive growth for their paid messaging products. In this role, you will develop and execute tailored integrated marketing campaigns across channels, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and identify growth opportunities to maximize the impact of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive account-level growth for paid messaging products.
  • Identify opportunities to seamlessly integrate marketing messages into existing programs for current clients, ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
  • Create customized and scaled marketing messages education & growth programs for large and medium-sized businesses in line with sales segments and GTM priorities (e.g., verticals, best practices).
  • Design an onboarding program and educational materials to help users get the most value from our product and encourage them to send their first message.
  • Implement customer and client marketing segmentation to deliver targeted messaging for the highest opportunities closely aligned with sales segmentation and GTM prioritization.
  • Collaborate with scaled solutions and BPM to develop in-product education within Ads Manager and Client APIs (TBD), including step-by-step guides within the product interface to assist customers in setting up and using WABA via the API.
  • Develop and execute a holistic growth marketing strategy for paid messaging products, aligned with business goals and the evolving product roadmap.
  • Work closely with PMMs to integrate product positioning, messaging, and customer insights into growth plans.
  • Optimize conversion funnels and user journeys to maximize the impact of marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with PMMs to align conversion optimization strategies with product updates and enhancements.
  • Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive insights to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on technology or strategic consulting.
  • Proven track record in driving growth for emerging products.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set and meet deadlines, allocate resources effectively, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience working with email marketing, product, and creative teams.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics tools to inform marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
