Summary: As Senior Associate, CRM Marketing you will be responsible for communications and programs to increase retention and engagement of our customers across email, SMS, push notifications and in-app messaging. You will be responsible for intaking and processing strategic priorities communicated by in-country international marketers (Canada and Australia), and then liaising with central US teams to implement proven experiments across global markets to meet stated international business objectives.
We are looking to bring on a strategic, solution-oriented, and creative retention marketer to focus on launching and iterating on CRM programs. As Senior Associate, Consumer Retention, New Verticals you will be responsible for communications and programs to drive growth and retention for emerging lines of business (New Verticals) across email, push notifications and in-app messaging. The ideal candidate is able to think big picture and ideate on the Consumer lifecycle in one moment, and seamlessly transition into the weeds of campaign execution and reporting in the next. They have experience building consensus with cross-functional teams, building trusted relationships with cross functional partners, and excel at making data-informed decisions to accomplish campaign and business objectives. Key areas of support include: creating and maintaining campaigns and workflow strategy for New Vertical efforts, including offer, cadence, and audience testing; analyzing the impact of initiatives on key business metrics like order rate rate and revenue; creative ideation & iteration, including creative optimization with the help of internal creative resources; consulting and overseeing strategy for various Cx workstreams. In this role, you will collaborate with all parts of the business (strategy & operations, brand, product marketing, analytics) and with our Retention team to create and execute strategies that engage and retain active customers on emerging lines of business at Client.
What You’ll Do
Work to support new business lines and expansion opportunities through thoughtful, strategic, multi-channel CRM strategies.
Manage end-to-end development and execution of multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app) messaging that includes driving the creative review process, collaborating with designers and copywriters, identifying target audience segments and capturing feedback from multiple stakeholders.
Set-up and monitor complex journeys, triggers and automations with static and dynamic content.
Be responsible for tracking your initiatives, reporting progress out to team proactively and identifying next steps from campaign learnings
Establish a strong working relationship with cross functional stakeholders in our Product, Marketing Operations, Analytics and Strategy teams.
Analyze campaign results, develop benchmarks, and create and share regular performance reports
Qualifications
3+ years experience in customer retention, email, or growth marketing
In-depth understanding of ESP/Marketing Automation platforms (ie Braze, Iterable, ExactTarget, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Responsys) and experiencing deploying complex CRM programs
Experienced with data analysis, targeting and program measurement (preference for SQL proficiency)
Results-oriented with an exceptional track record of developing profitable retention or cross-channel marketing programs and exceeding performance targets
Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently, while also able to build strong internal relationships and consensus on initiatives
Strong analytical skills; able to create data-driven marketing campaigns end-to-end
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with CRM technology, segmentation tools, and complex data structures and systems
Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Looker, Periscope, etc.
Extremely organized, dependable, self-motivated & ability to multi-task
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
