Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Campaign Manager
Location: Waterloo or Richmond office
Duration: 6+ Months

Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with Product Marketing counterparts, the Campaign Marketing Manager is responsible for identifying goals and objectives, architecting marketing strategies and then conceptualizing integrated campaigns to generate market demand to exceed annual pipeline goals.
  • Understand how to interpret and apply various campaign approaches based on the goal, objective and audience: new contact acquisition, upsell/cross-sell and install base.
  • Team up with other marketing functions which contribute to the success of campaign activities (such as Field Marketing, Solutions Marketing Teams, Marketing Operations, Web, Events, Media, etc.)
  • Ensure that campaigns are executed within budget guidelines and/or resources and assist in making critical budget balancing recommendations to ensure overall campaign effectiveness. Manage the execution, launch timelines and measurement of campaigns and tactics.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of marketing best practices by researching the latest trends and gathering new ideas from industry analysts and experts, vendors/agencies, and peers/competitors.
 
Required Qualifications/Skills
  • Bachelor´s Degree in Business, Marketing, or other related field with 3+ years B2B campaign marketing experience, ideally with a technology vendor (security a plus).
  • Proven experience with integrated marketing campaign planning, working with multiple internal and external stakeholders (product, sales, field marketing, agencies, channel).
  • History of developing and executing demand generation and pipeline-building marketing campaigns (including digital, direct marketing, events, etc.)
  • Experience in collaborating with and managing marketing agencies and vendors to develop creative assets for marketing campaigns.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the rapidly changing digital marketing landscape and the latest online marketing, campaign, and content strategies.
  • Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and execute with attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker who is adept at working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable adding new ideas.
  • Team player, motivated self-starter with relationship building skills with a positive attitude and passion to learn.
  • Excellent project management skills, verbal communication and presentation abilities.
