You will join a dynamic team of campaign strategists who collaborate closely with Product Marketing Manager (PMM), Creative, Paid Media, Social, and Content teams. Your role will be to support the Campaign Leads in distilling business goals and priorities, designing comprehensive campaigns and programs, and ensuring strategic communication, coordination, and enablement across the entire system.Your Impact & Responsibilities:As a Senior Manager/Manager on the Global Integrated Campaigns team, you will play a crucial role in driving campaign success and fostering cross-team collaboration. Your responsibilities include:Ensuring the successful completion of program projects and initiatives, aligning with business objectives and delivering on timeConverting strategic insights from Campaign Leads into detailed, actionable plansEstablishing and maintaining the relevance and effectiveness of campaign BOMs (Bill of Materials)Facilitating the packaging and activation of campaign strategies, ensuring executional readiness across global operating unitsServing as a key liaison between channel and global teams to align on program activation and critical updatesSupporting the creation of stakeholder-facing presentations to ensure clear and actionable campaign communicationRequirements:5-7 years experience driving integrated campaigns and sales pipeline programs.Demonstrated success in an integrated marketing or campaign management roleExperience at a large, global B2B company within a matrixed marketing organizationStrong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholdersDeep understanding of BOMs and their role in campaign effectivenessProficiency in content audit and optimization to ensure marketing materials are relevant and effectiveExperience working through ambiguity and problem solving with minimal inputs or supervision.Strong analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performanceAdditional Preferred Experience:Excellent strategic thinking and the ability to translate high-level strategies into actionable plansStrong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time Experience with global operating unit enablement and campaign activation processesFamiliarity with stakeholder presentations and the ability to craft clear, actionable messagingAbout the Candidate:The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned marketing professional with a strong background in campaign management and strategic planning.
