Job Title: Marketing Automation Specialist (SFMC) Location: Remote Duration: 8 months- Based on performance and business needs
The Marketing Automation Specialist (SFMC) is part of the client Digital Lab and will be responsible for playing an integral part of the team building 1:1 marketing programs in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Responsibilities include:
Build, QC and execute high complexity brand omnichannel programs. This includes building out journeys (base cadences) and highly complex trigger programs deliver the right message to the right person at the right time through the right channel
Ensure high quality, on-time, and error free implementation, testing, and QA of campaigns within the marketing automation platform. Create, review, and share standard quality control documents and follow the process to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Monitor email deliverability across domains for all brand campaigns implemented. Provide recommendations on how to optimize deliverability, resolve IP reputation issues and ensure proper inbox placement.
Identify issues, identify root cause, and recommend corrective action for campaign builds, IP reputation and deliverability.
Participate in agile delivery activities such as design, build, QA, and continuous improvement.
Maintain documents per requirements of department document management policies and procedures.
Implement capabilities including targeting, personalization, audience segmentation, and dynamic, personalized content to deliver the best customer experience. Build and execute test plans, identify winners and pro-actively recommend optimization opportunities and ensure high email deliverability, reach and engagement.
Lead various internal / external partners to define, execute, and optimize email, direct mail, sms and media campaigns. Cross-functional teams include Brand Marketing, Strategy, Business Technology Solutions, Marketing Analytics & Business Insights, Creative and Digital Agencies.
Provides exemplary customer service while setting, maintaining, and exceeding brand expectations. Provide updates on projects and any risks to Associate Director.
Keep abreast of 1:1 marketing and email industry best practices and new technology by participating in professional organizations, as well as attending industry seminars and conferences. Provide recommendation to Associate Director on how to apply at client

5-8 years of experience of Database Marketing, CRM, Email, Digital, Direct Mail, 1:1 marketing experience
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on work experience creating marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Bachelor’s Degree
Ability to think strategically with a strong ability to execute plans and exceed stakeholder expectations and project goals.
Ability to work independently without day-to-day supervision.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrates a clear aptitude for managing projects. Ability to assign priorities and meet delivery dates
Strong client service and project management skills; in particular, must have the ability to communicate with both business and technical individuals effectively
Knowledge of database, email, digital, 1:1 marketing concepts and best practices
Inquisitive, strong analytical skills, including the ability to infer and apply learnings
Proficiency with MS Excel, SQL, and HTML/ CSS
