Job Description

Summary: 

We're seeking a highly motivated, self-starter and organized Marketing Specialist to join our Global Brand team. In this role, you will support the execution of our brand and marketing strategies to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. You will manage the Brand Center online platform to ensure that it runs smoothly and meets the needs of the marketers and designers that rely on this for guidelines, asset files, and campaign information.  Lastly, you will provide support and consultancy for marketers throughout the organization on adherence to brand standards.  

Digital Asset Management

  • Oversee the organization and maintenance of our global DAM system
  • Implement asset tagging taxonomy to ensure efficient image and asset retrieval
  • Manage user access and permissions with the DAM portal and creative assets
  • Address user inquiries and troubleshoot any issues related to the DAM platform maintenance
  • Ongoing management of site content (assets, pages, public data) for brand relevance
  • Develop user guidance and training for technical tool upgrades

Vendor Management & Reporting

  • Serve as the primary liaison with our external DAM vendor
  • Monitor and report on DAM system usage to identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up to date on industry best practices related to digital asset management

Photography Asset Management

  • Photography Asset Management
  • Review and update stock library for relevance and use
  • Assist on sourcing new stock photos to align with brand needs
  • Serve as primary liaison with and account administrator of custom stock photography sites.

Design Support and Review

  • Provide basic graphic design support for ad hoc, fast-turn marketing projects with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator
  • Provide brand review, based on detailed knowledge of brand design guidelines and principles
