Job Description

Objective of the role
Formulate and implement improvement strategies for process optimization, aligned with both our company's and the client's guidelines and policies. The purpose is to provide substantial support to the client in elevating the standard of their current practices and facilitating the achievement of their goals. In this role, the aim is to drive customer success through the collection and analysis of market data, accurate interpretation of such data, and effective transmission of the acquired knowledge for integration into the client's operations.
 
Responsibilities
  • Develop a diverse professional network, sharing ideas, knowledge, and resources with colleagues (including sharing with peers as well as more experienced colleagues).
  • Clarify how new solutions can positively impact current commitments and expand our offerings to clients.
  • Develop high-quality content for business proposal documents (precise, comprehensive, and clear), as well as provide quality research and business development.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead a team and/or manage budgets effectively with partial supervision.
  • Show urgency in responding to client needs, inquiries, or concerns.
  • Identify potential opportunities and issues that may arise in service delivery, aligned with relevant professional standards, internal policies, and methodologies to achieve an effective solution with the team.
  • Plan and lead team meetings that facilitate open participation and focus on specific outcomes.
  • Continuously develop understanding of current market trends and processes and share knowledge to develop other colleagues.
  • Identify and understand the unique ambitions and needs of our clients.
  • Acquire business skills for business generation, opening doors with potential clients, and offering our services.
  • Manage pressure, as delivery times are mandatory, requiring the job holder to provide thorough follow-up to meet deadlines.
  • Leadership skills to negotiate agreements that enable goal achievement and create good relationships within the team and with the client.
 
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or University Degree (Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields).
  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing and sales.
