You will train with us on the technical skill sets necessary to inspect and package highquality biologicals safely in a compliant, efficient, and costeffective manner. Train to become a handson resource in Vaccine production Clean and prepare production equipment Disinfect production rooms Assemble, setup, and disassembly of production equipment Complete process steps according to defined SOPs and BPRs Document activities following cGMPs Handle biologically and chemically hazardous materials Work with process automation systems and electronic business systems e.g., PAS, BAS, LIMS, SAP, and DeltaV Be involved in Qualification and Validation activities Work within a teamwork environment Troubleshoot equipment issues within the process of making the vaccine Perform batch record reviews While in this entrylevel role, you will be continually evaluated for possible consideration to be transferred to available roles with additional responsibilities. Minimum Required Qualifications: Ability to work a 12hr, 223 Alternating Work Schedule Ability to Lift 50lbs High school diploma or HS equivalency or GED with some college coursework Minimum of 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience Basic knowledge of cGMPs and GDPs Experience executing SOPs and documenting work Basic mechanical aptitude and knowledge of electricalmechanical equipment At least six months of experience in an aseptic environment Preferred Nice to Have Qualifications: Biotechnology coursework Bioworks Certification Bachelors degree in science or engineering 3 years in a pharmaceuticalmanufacturing production environment Experience with syringe or vial inspectionpackaging equipment and SAP Notes for Suppliers: Up to the first week will be spent in a trainingorientation class, supervised by a training coordinator not the assignment manager. The hours for trainingorientation are 8am4pm, MondayFriday. Time spent in this class should be submitted to the Regular Time pay code in beeline. Please ensure that your candidate understands this prior to submitting them to the request. During trainingorientation, the training coordinator will review any mandatory dress code andor personal hygiene standards that are required for specific areas of the manufacturing floor. Please prepare your candidate that there may be safety standards related to this role requiring the removal of piercings, makeup, artificial nails, etc. Following successful completion of the trainingorientation class, the training coordinator will instruct workers when to begin reporting to their assigned shift, aligning with the details of the offer. Suppliers should confirm directly with their employee and notify TAPFIN if there is any discrepancy. After trainingorientation class, night shift workers will select the 3rd shift 15 pay code for any hours worked during 6pm6am night shift. Day shift workers will continue to select the Regular Time pay code. It is the suppliers responsibility to educate new employees on Beeline best practices for timesheet submittal. The cost of any required Personal Protection Equipment PPE including safety shoes andor safety prescription glasses will be billed directly to Suppliers for prompt payment. Suppliers must discuss their internal policy relating to any costrecovery arrangements with workers prior to submittal to the request.
