Job Description We are seeking a friendly and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our hospitality team at Company Hotels. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all our facilities are in top notch condition to provide the best possible experience for our guests. You will be a crucial member of our team, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem solving, we would love to hear from you!
What you’ll do:
Perform routine maintenance on all equipment, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Respond promptly to all maintenance requests from guests and staff.
Ensure all rooms and public areas are kept in excellent condition.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance issues or safety hazards.
Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities and repair costs.
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the business.
Assist with the installation of new equipment and systems as required.
The essentials:
Proven experience as a maintenance engineer in a similar environment.
Excellent knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under time constraints.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
0-3 Years of Experience.
